I have been informed that Mr. Wodehouse has a competent Engineer on the list of candidates for Employment; it would be advisable to apply to the Crown Agents. - The question of remuneration is left to Lord Kimberley. Ask the agents at the same time to report what they consider would be a fair remuneration.
